Return and Exchange Policy

At FRAMETOWALL, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Here's our detailed policy on returns and exchanges:

1. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at support@frametowall.com. You must report any damage within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please include a detailed description and photographs of the damage.

Once we review your claim, we will provide instructions for returning the item and issuing a replacement or a refund, as applicable.

2. Custom-Made Items

Please note, as all of our Frame It Yourself frames are custom-made to order, these items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty or damaged. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before placing them.

3. Incorrect Items

If you received an item different from the one that you ordered, we're sorry for the mix-up. Please contact us at support@frametowall.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we'll make sure to get you the correct item.

4. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee order cancellation as the custom work may have already begun. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@frametowall.com.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. When returning an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

7. Changes to Return Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
