Refund policy

**FrameToWall Return Policy**

At FrameToWall, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or you may have changed your mind. Given that each frame is custom made to order, we have set out our return policy to be fair, clear, and straightforward.

**1. Returns**

To initiate a return, please contact us directly at returns@frametowall.com within 14 days of the product being delivered to you. In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our dedicated customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.

**2. Conditions for Returns**

For your return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

- The item(s) must be in their original condition, free from damage or signs of use.
- The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging or similar protective packaging.
- The item(s) must be sent back within 7 days after receiving the RMA number from our team.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of custom-made frames unless they are defective or damaged.

**3. Damaged or Defective Items**

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Send an email to returns@frametowall.com with a detailed description of the damage, and include photographs if possible. Our team will review the claim and, if approved, we will either replace the damaged item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

**4. Shipping**

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

**5. Refunds**

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

**6. Exchanges**

Due to the custom nature of our frames, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your order, please place a new order and return the original item according to our return policy.

**7. Late or Missing Refunds**

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@frametowall.com.

**8. Final Sale Items**

All custom-made frames are considered final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective or damaged.

**9. Modifications to the Return Policy**

FrameToWall reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without notice. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
