**FrameToWall Shipping Policy**

Welcome to FrameToWall! We are delighted to offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your art arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Below, please find our detailed shipping policy.

**1. Processing Time**

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Since our frames are custom made to order, please allow an additional 2-3 days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment.

**2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times**

- **Standard Shipping**: Deliveries take approximately 5-7 business days once shipped.
- **Express Shipping**: Deliveries take approximately 2-3 business days once shipped.

Please note, these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed by FRAMEtoWALL.

**3. Shipping Costs**

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the item(s) and the location to which they are being shipped. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

**4. International Shipping**

We offer international shipping to a select number of countries. Please note, any import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

**5. Order Tracking**

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can track your package.

**6. Shipping Address Changes**

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@frametowall.com. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes to the shipping address once the order has been placed, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

**7. Damaged Items**

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@frametowall.com. Please include a description and photos of the damage to help us assess the issue.

**8. Lost Package**

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us right away at support@frametowall.com and we will try our best to solve the issue. If the item was marked as delivered by the carrier, we might not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

**9. Delivery Issues**

We are not responsible for items not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

**10. Modifications to the Shipping Policy**

FrameToWall reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without notice. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
